.Many people also lose their hair due to iron deficiency. They are under a lot of pressure. They think too much. It also causes hair to fall out.

.Some of us have high levels of dandruff. This causes the hair to fall out. So those who have dandruff before should reduce it.

.Hair loss due to chemotherapy drugs during cancer treatment. The deficiency of proteins and vitamins can also cause hair loss.

.Wearing tight-fitting braids can also cause hair loss. Applying a variety of hair dyes can cause hair to fall out, why because it contains chemicals.

.Excessive use of hairdryers and hair straighteners can cause hair loss. Some people comb their hair when it is wet. Doing so will cause the hair to blow out more.

.Some people bathe with shampoo every day. Shampoos are high in chemicals that allow them to absorb the natural oils in our hair and dry them out.

.Many of us bathe our heads with hot water, which causes the hair to lose its natural color. Activates oil-producing glands.

Tips for hair fall:-

1.Dill and yogurt:

We must first pick up a bowl for this pack. Take some dill powder in it. If you do not have dill powder, you can grind dill overnight. Take a little yogurt. Mix the two well. Apply this paste on the scalp and wash it off after half an hour. This will stop the hair from falling out. Dill is rich in fiber, iron, manganese, copper, magnesium, phosphorus, and vitamin b6. The presence of nicotinic acid in dill reduces hair fall.

2.Hibiscus and neem pack:

For this, you need to take a bunch of neem leaves first. Also, take some hibiscus leaves. Add these to the mix and grind well. Apply the paste to the scalp and bathe the head for half an hour. Hibiscus contains vitamins and minerals that help your hair grow. Vitamin C tightens the scalp and reduces hair fall. Neem is rich in antibacterial and antifungal properties. It also prevents hair loss and dandruff.

3.Bhringraj and gooseberry pack:

Take two tablespoons of Bhringraj powder. Add a little gooseberry powder. Apply the mixture on the scalp and let it dry. After an hour the head should be washed with a low concentration shampoo. These Bhringraj leaves contain Iron, Calcium, Magnesium, Vitamin D, and Vitamin A which help in controlling hair fall and hair growth.

4.Onion and Castor oil:

First, take the onion and cut it into small pieces. Add these to the mix and grind finely. Then strain the paste and put it in a bowl. Take some castor oil in the same bowl and mix well. Apply this mixture to the scalp and massage for three minutes. Then leave for an hour. Then wash the head with a mild shampoo.
